Impact organisation Crater wanted to leverage social media to market their METEOR! program. Hatch Mediahouse was engaged to carry out advertising campaigns on Facebook and Instagram to recruit interested participants, and craft Electronic Direct Mailers (eDMs) to engage them.

Our Success Indicators

As this was the first time Crater was running an ad campaign, we conducted a pilot campaign to test target audience parameters based on their target persona assumptions. We then reviewed and analysed the findings, generating insights that helped to guide Crater’s upcoming campaigns.
